By using BrezLink, you agree to these terms. BrezLink provides conversations, invitations and file sharing, with features and limits shown in the app.
Your account and access
Use accurate account information and only access accounts, chats and files you are authorized to use. Keep invitation links and browser access codes private. Approve another browser only when you recognize the request and its confirmation number.
Responsible use
Do not use BrezLink for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, spam, fraud or sharing content without permission. Do not upload malicious files or attempt to bypass access controls, payment checks or usage limits. We may restrict access to protect other users, the service or comply with legal obligations.
Your content and connections
You retain your rights to the content you share and give BrezLink permission to store and deliver it as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having permission to share it. Other participants may save their own copies.
Temporary connections expire as shown in the app. Expiry, ending a connection, clearing history and deleting a chat do not all have the same effect. Review the confirmation before continuing.
Prices, payments and access
Review the price, applicable tax, total, access period and renewal information before paying. A one-time purchase does not renew automatically. If recurring billing is offered, its renewal and cancellation details are shown before checkout. Cancelling future renewals does not itself request a refund.
Paid access starts after payment is verified. Storage, transfer, invitation and file-size limits are shown in Plans & billing. Contact p8800138@gmail.com for payment problems or refund requests. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer law requires us to provide.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, network problems or circumstances outside our control. Keep your own copies of important files. Features, prices and these terms may change; review the current information before making a new purchase.
