1. Create your connection
Sign in, choose Create Connection, give the connection a name and select an available duration. The connection has its own invitation link and QR code. Your name on the invitation helps the recipient recognize who is inviting them.
Invitation eligibility, upload size and usage allowances depend on your current account entitlements. Check Storage & usage and current plan information in your account before starting a larger exchange; this walkthrough does not promise unlimited invitations or storage.
2. Send the invitation to one person
Use Copy link or Share, or let the other person scan the QR code. Send the link through a channel you already use. Treat it as an invitation for its intended recipient rather than posting it publicly.
The invitation screen identifies the inviter and shows when the connection expires. A valid invitation can be claimed by its recipient; used, expired or revoked invitations cannot be reused as fresh invitations.
3. They join in their browser
A guest can start the chat without installing an app or creating an account. Someone already signed in can join through their normal BrezLink account. Keep using the same browser for a guest conversation, since access depends on that browser’s session.
If a chat appears unavailable, its invitation or connection may have expired, been ended or already been claimed. Signing in does not bypass an invitation’s access rules.
4. Talk, share, and decide when to finish
Send messages and supported attachments. Check the expiry in the chat, or use connection details to see its status. Either signed-in participant can end an accepted connection.
For more about the lifecycle, read temporary chats. For finding and organizing files, see Document Manager.
